1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
    All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link/ID will be shared with you via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment status.

  • Standard Delivery: It generally takes 3 to 7 working days for the package to reach your doorstep after it has been dispatched, depending on your location in India.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners (courier services) and may occasionally face unexpected delays due to weather, regional restrictions, or festive seasons.
  1. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you make the final payment.
  2. Wrong Address / Undelivered Shipments
    Please ensure that the delivery address, pin code, and contact number provided during checkout are 100% accurate. We will not be held responsible for undelivered orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, any additional shipping charges for re-sending the parcel will be borne by the customer.
